Terms of Use

• SPOILS is a free-to-play online PvP extraction shooter. You do not have to pay anything to play.
• The game is in alpha (early access). Expect bugs, downtime, balance changes and lost progress. Features, items and rules can change or be removed at any time. The alpha rules are part of these terms.

• You can play as a guest, sign up with an email, or sign in through iDos Games.
• Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at support@spoils.gg if you think someone else has accessed it.
• Pick a nickname that does not impersonate others and is not offensive. We may change or remove a nickname that is.
• One account per person. Do not sell, buy, share or transfer accounts.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to accept these terms.

You agree not to:

• use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, modified clients or any tool that automates play or gives an unfair advantage;
• exploit bugs or glitches (report them instead), or arrange kills or wins with other players to farm rewards;
• create or use extra accounts to farm items, CR, quests, rewards or tokens, or pass loot between your own accounts;
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with our servers, or access other players’ accounts;
• harass, threaten or scam other players, or use the game for anything illegal.

Every item and currency change is journaled. If you break these rules we may roll back items, CR and rewards, revoke rewards that were not yet paid, and suspend or ban your account.

• Items, CR (credits), the alpha test balance, cosmetics and other in-game content are a limited license to use within the game. You do not own them, and they have no cash value.
• CR and in-game items cannot be exchanged for SOL, tokens or real money by us, and we do not buy them back. Do not trade them for real money outside the game.
• We may change, rebalance or remove items, prices and currencies, for example to fix bugs or the economy.

• Some items can be moved to your Solana wallet as on-chain assets and traded for SOL in the game’s market. During the alpha this runs on Solana devnet, where SOL has no real value.
• Your wallet is yours: you control its keys and sign every transaction yourself. We cannot reverse, cancel or recover a transaction, and we cannot restore access to a wallet you lost.
• Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Check every transaction before you sign it. Network fees, delays and failures are outside our control.
• We make no promise about the value of any item, asset or token, or that a market for them will exist.
• The SPOILS token is not an investment. It is a reward token run through iDos Games. Nothing in the game is a promise of earnings, profit or income, and you should not play or buy anything expecting to make money. Rewards can change, run out or end at any time.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you and for following the laws where you live.

• The map resets every 45 minutes. Gear you carry when a map resets, or when you die, can be lost; that is part of the game.
• During the alpha there may be an item wipe that removes items, CR and the test balance. Your account, level and cosmetics are planned to stay; see the alpha rules for details.
• We are not obliged to restore lost progress or items, though we try to return items lost because of our bugs.

Wallet apps (such as Phantom, Solflare or Seed Vault), the Solana network, iDos Games, Telegram, X and app stores are run by others and governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for them, for their availability, or for losses caused by them.

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that any data, item or progress will be kept.

To the extent the law allows, SPOILS and the people who build it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, items, tokens, funds or profits, arising from your use of the game, blockchain networks or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change, pause or shut down the game. On-chain assets in your wallet stay in your wallet.

We may update these terms as the game changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are also announced in the patch notes. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
